Do you provide a damage report?

Yes we can, upon request, provide a detailed damage report of the airlock and its state as it is received at our facility.

Where is Rotary Airlock located?

We are in Northern Illinois, but we service all 50 states.

How do I get an Information Quote?

We are happy to provide you with an informational quote for any job.  Simply let us know the Make, Model, product you will be moving and at what maximum temperature.  We will email you the quote once it’s been drawn up.

How do I send my Airlock(s) to you?

Contact us via telephone or fill out our “Schedule a Pick-Up” form on our website, and a representative with Rotary Airlock will make all of the arrangements for you.  We offer Free Inbound Shipping as well as Free Evaluation and Quoting.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes, we guarantee our workmanship for one year after installation date, not purchase date or to match your normal run time.

What is your turnaround time?

This depends greatly on the scope of work, however, most re-manufacturing jobs take approximately 5 weeks from receipt of your purchase order.
